Beate Hartwig

Already as a university student, Beate Hartwig navigated the interdisciplinary mix of computer science, psychology and design and completed two major degrees: Human-Computer Systems and Communication Design.
She focused on Design Research and Design Teaching. As a designer, she researches, teaches and coaches in the fields of Experience Design, Design Thinking and Design Psychology. In 2022 she published her book, the first German compact book on Experience Design for designers, creative people and visionaries. It takes the readers on an entertaining journey through the latest findings from various scientific fields and application-oriented approaches and methods. The book was featured in trade magazines and at conferences.
