Carina Weijma

Carina Weijma has over 15 years of experience in management- and strategic roles in innovative organizations, public-private partnerships and change processes. She is the founder of CARWEI, strategic advisory agency.

She worked with innovative organizations with an international focus such as ASML, Holst Centre, Brainport, NTS-Group, van Abbemuseum, European Space Agency (ESA), TU/Eindhoven, among others. Carina Weijma also worked in Dutch partnerships with an international focus, such as the Dutch Topsector High Tech Systems and Materials, the Dutch Topsector Creative Industries, and the Netherlands Artificial Intelligence Coalition.
