Christiane Bausback

Christiane Bausback is the Managing Director and Head of Design of N+P Experience Design in Vienna and N+P Innovation Design in Munich, with over 24 years of experience in striving for innovation and shaping the future.
Working with a broad range of companies from start-ups to global brands, she focuses on creating holistic solutions that build businesses and create memorable experiences for all stakeholders.
For her work, Christiane has garnered awards such as IDSA Gold, Good Design Award Chicago, German Design Award, Red Dot and iF Product Design Award. She has served as a juror for various national and international design awards such as the iF Design Award, as well as for the Cannes Lions 2018.
