Christina Melander

Christina Melander is Director of Digital Transition at Danish Design Center. For her digital transition is a question of values rather than technologies. She is dedicated to ensuring that we put humans at the centre when designing.

Christina has worked at the intersection of strategic design, business development, and innovation for over 20 years. As an experienced design leader, speaker, and facilitator she genuinely believes in the power of co-creation and cross-sector partnerships. She is one of the masterminds behind the Danish Design Ladder, the Danish Design DNA, the Digital Ethics Compass, and the New European Bauhaus Demonstrator DESIRE.

Christina is currently President of BEDA and part of the Think Tank for Design, the Danish Design Council.
