Jeroen van den Eijnde

Dr. Jeroen van den Eijnde is a lecturer in Tactical Design at ArtEZ. He was trained as a product designer (ArtEZ) and design historian (Leiden University) and received his PhD in 2015 for his research 'The House of IK. Ideology and theory in Dutch design education’. Since 1994 he has published articles and books on design in general and on design education in particular. Van den Eijnde worked for various professorships at ArtEZ. Together with Fashion professor José Teunissen, he initiated ArtEZ Future Makers, which was developed as an expertise center for fashion within the framework of the Creative Industry top sector.
He is currently program leader of NewTexEco, a member of the CLICKNL program council and of the Network Applied Design Research (NADR)
