Katharina has been inspiring her P3 clients for over four years as a senior consultant & expert in the field of people development around the topic of team and employee development. Starting with the conception of classic learning journeys (empowerment concepts), she also coaches various teams in different stages of development and empowers them in the areas of strategy development, resilience, diversity & inclusion, teambuilding & leadership. Furthermore, together with her teammates, she evolves talent development programs for different target groups (e.g. high potentials, executives, etc.). With creative storytelling, interactive methods and a deliberately chosen mix of techniques and tools, she anchors the content in the minds of her participants.
