Lisa Schuhmacher

Somewhere between UX concepts, design systems and everyday creative agency life, Lisa asks herself the questions: How do we stay inspired in an ever faster changing world? And more importantly: How can we, as designers of the future, inspire others?

After studying media management and UX design in Stuttgart and Amsterdam, Lisa started working as a product designer at Munich-based digital studio Format D in 2019. After a brief stint at Accenture Song in 2022, she returned to her former agency. As a UX expert, she now focuses on topics such as people empowerment and how to approach work differently with the help of New Work approaches.
