Rainer Langer

Rainer Langer, toolmaker and mechanical engineer, recognises the need to develop universal design in the social economy and social services. Participatory action is the basis for this. He has been working in the field of universal design since 2011 and is a member of the Universal Design Forum e.V. based in Weimar. He takes universal design principles and bionics into account when developing products and designing workplaces. He organises exhibitions, workshops and specialist days on the topics of Universal Design in Herzogsägmühle.
