Tania Hernández

From aupair to entrepreneur & from Madrid to Munich. In 2013, Tania, a native of Madrid, took her destiny into her own hands & moved to Munich. She started there as an aupair, & subsequently worked in renowned advertising agencies as an art director. One of her greatest talents is visualising ideas, giving them form, colour & life. In 2019, in search of freedom, Tania founded the design studio OH WOMAN® together with Stephanie Renz. There they accompany and develop brands for start-ups and companies. One thing above all is important to them: creating encounters at eye level, dissolving stereotypes and facing social challenges. This is also how the educational game OH WOMAN® came into being.
