Dr. Udo W. Herberth has been working in the field of intellectual property law in Germany and abroad since 1996. He specializes in trademark and design law as well as competition, licensing and sports law and representation in and out-of-court with strategic planning for conflict resolution. Since 2004, he is a partner at Weickmann & Weickmann, one of the oldest IP firms in Munich, Germany.

He holds Workshops regularly by MCBW, BayStartUp as well as in-house with clients and is the founder of BITMA (Bavarian International Trademark Association).

He is awarded as Best Lawyers (Intellectual Property Law, Germany) since 2021 and ranked in the World Trademark Review WTR 1000 (Germany) as a recommended individual.
