Volker Kunze

Volker Kunze has 29 years of experience in (digital) adult education and has transformed training, learning, and knowledge from analog to digital. Since 2018, he's been developing the in 2020 founded Additive Minds Academy at EOS GmbH and expanding it to regional vocational training centers and international markets. He utilizes Extended Reality (XR) and AI to deliver sustainable, quality-assured knowledge and training globally. Volker is involved in the Metaverse Standards Forum and is a member of the EU Tech Board of the Sustainable Manufacturing Alliance. He speaks on international panels about sustainability, education quality (SDG4), and Extended Reality.
