Here, the craftsmanship is literally visible due to the transparent design of the organic bakery. The unique concept comes from Studio Miniplus and emphasises the overall concept with sustainable and high-quality materials. Transparency regarding the production processe and careful handling of all organic raw materials are deeply embedded in Julius' philosophy. Long dough resting times and the best organic raw materials from the region are the main focus here. The range is minimalistic with 3 organic bread classics and 2 organic rolls, but is nevertheless varied with changing daily specials.
