The return to our natural origins and thus to human life in harmony with nature requires a massive reorganization, restructuring, and, above all, a rethinking of our daily actions in our working environment. Integrating users into the design process promotes the principle of the circular economy and makes natural needs visible and tangible in organizations as a matter of course. The necessary change in companies is initiated and a contemporary form of cooperation promoted. Only consciously designed, human-centered working environments will be accepted and lasting. This will refresh today's offices and future working environments and can contribute to climate positivity as well.
