Alexander Gutzmer

Alexander Gutzmer is an author and architectural publicist. He was Director of Communications, Marketing and Culture at the real estate developer Euroboden for almost three years. Before that, he was editor-in-chief of the architecture magazine Baumeister and the international urban development magazine Topos for ten years. From 2005 to 2011, he worked as Editorial Director at Burda Creative Group. For three years before that, he reported from London and Berlin for Welt am Sonntag. He is editor-in-chief of the magazine Colab Quarterly from Munich Urban Colab.

Alexander is Professor of Media and Communication at Quadriga University in Berlin. From 2017 to 2018, he was a visiting professor at Mexico's Tecnológico de Monterrey University and 2019 at Humboldt University.
