Trained brewer and maltster.

Joined the management of organic pioneer Neumarkter Lammsbräu in 2018,
sole managing director and general partner from 2019.

Since then, modernizing the family business and driving forward the
Climate Strategy 2.0 and sustainability throughout the entire supply network
Married, father of two children.
