Thomas Bade

For more than 15 years, Thomas Bade's main focus was on Universal Design - including Product Design, Public Design, Service Design, Health and Care, Geriatric Care and Architecture. Here, the focus was on networking with business and science.
The Institute for Universal Design, founded by Thomas Bade, was taken over by Carolin Pauly at the turn of the year 2023. As founder and partner, he will continue to help develop the institute. He is also the honorary chairman of the Living Care Lab Schaumburg association and a member of the Board of Directors of the Japanese organisation International Association for Universal Design (IAUD).
