Urban Re:Creation - How do creatives shape the Green Deal?

Lecture and panel discussion at the Munich Urban Colab on the question: How can we design a livable and ecologically valuable city?

What happens when climate impact researchers, creative professionals, and urban planners cooperate and contemplate a participatory, ecological city? Together with our guests, we aim to explore this experiment at the Munich Urban Colab, guided by the motto: Achieving impact through participation.

Illustrating how new concepts and measures for the city of tomorrow can succeed is the aim of the project "Creating NEBourhoods Together." Munich's flagship project The New European Bauhaus (NEB), develops new, participatory, sustainable, and inclusive projects for the Neuperlach district. The co-creative processes involve creative professionals, aligning with the Green Deal developed by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

The RUFFINI ON TOUR Special is organized by the team of excellence for the cultural and creative Industries of the City of Munich, the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), and the German Design Council (DT), in collaboration with the Munich Urban Colab and the project NEBourhoods.
